I’ve been tooling and fooling around in the kitchen for the past ten years or so with mixed success. When I stick to recipes, I tend to get good results. When I branch out on my own, disaster often follows. I guess there’s a lesson to be learned here, n’est-ce pas? Join me here as we explore the world of food–how to cook it, where to enjoy it, what’s in, what’s out (if that’s possible), and so on ad infinitum.
