Does Anyone Know How to Make a Veggie Burger?

I don’t. I’ve tried and failed, as have most restaurants I’ve been to. The damn things, though often tasting fine, just fall apart.
It was no different at the wine bar and restaurant called 25º in Huntington Beach, Callif., where I ventured today on a wind-swept post-Thanksgiving jaunt.
I must say, however, that the onion rings and french fries the restaurant prepared were exquisite, the burger not so. It immediately fell into pieces, a common occurrence with garden burgers.
One also has to wonder about the location of 25º. Off the beaten path, it seems isolated and empty, though sporting promise, food-wise.
I had a better time at the Irish pub named Killarney, which is an Oakland Raiders-themed place. However, anywhere you can get Guinness Stout–and when you’re Irish like me–is a heavenly destination.
Go, Raiders, and go, Killarney.
