Cat Cora, the Iron Chef whom we recently learned is expecting a child, is also opening a Disney World restaurant named Kouzzina, which is Greek for kitchen, where she’ll feature Mediterranean healthy dishes.
Cora, executive chef at Bon Appetit magazine, has been working with Disney since 2008 in creating a series of videos on healthful cooking.
