The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at 399 Lafayette in Manhattan’s East Village is hosting a series of cooking demonstrations with Bravo channel Top Chef finalists.
Next up is Marcel Vigernon from Season Two next Monday, Aug. 4. Seating is limited to 36, but to me the cost is about a hundred bucks too high at $195 per.
However, this is not the famous CIA located in Hyde Park in upper New York state (pictured); it’s the Manhattan outlet at Astor Center.
