New Year’s Dinner

Many of you have probably already enjoyed your New Year’s Eve repast, as have I, but I wanted to check in after a week of re-establishing my site outside of the Blogger.com limitations.

I had Thai food for dinner, mostly because of convenience, but if I were to choose a perfect repast for the end of the year, it would include Belon oysters (or others of choice) and a perfect Sancerre, or better yet, martinis.  The other part of the dinner would be inconsequential after that starter.

Here’s to you–May your 2007 be unimaginable, as in great.
